Never read watchmen comics. Haven't seen the movie or the television series.
I haven't seen the television series either. But that's probably because it doesn't exist.

Should I flush these scores and feedback down the toilet?
Well,
you should probably ignore your scores and feedback, unless you find them amusing. Because amusement is all they were intended for. But Henry's comment has nothing to do with this. He's just quoting the comic, and movie, from a particularly memorable scene. Someone could try to explain it, but it's one of those things that works much better if you read the comic, or see the movie. It's just not that interesting if someone explains it here.
And if you've seen neither comic nor movie, but are considering trying one of the two, I recommend the comic first. In my experience, most people who had already read and enjoyed the comic (like me), also enjoyed the movie. It was awesome. Those who read the comic and didn't enjoy it, probably didn't see the movie. And who cares what they think - they are barbarians.

Those who didn't read the comic and went to see the movie anyway - well, many of them were confused, or thought it was too long. I can't say I blame them. Though it's probably easier to view on DVD or Blu-ray, where you can hit pause as needed, than it was to view in theaters. Anyway, if you want to try it, I recommend trying the comic first. You've doubtless seen it presented as one book, close to 400 pages. Maybe it looks like a lot, but that's it - that's the complete series. It's not an ongoing thing, but one finite story. In the US, many local libraries probably have a copy. Easy enough to give it a try.
