Does any body heard this development tool ? I think it's free version for IBM rad ..... can tell me how to download it ?

it is equivalent of websphere application server toolkit 6.1 which basically has some ibm rational plugins on top of eclipse, but not all as RAD has

AST was freely downloadable
this new beast is not

but now you have RAD 7.5 full as trail
