Spring IOC vs Dynamic Reflection

Hi,

I am wondering, Which will be the Better Approach to avoid the Tight Coupling
1) Spring AOP
or
2) Dynamic Reflection.

Did you mean AOP there? Because I don't see the two concepts as closely related.

Can you give an example of each? That might be enough to answer the question--although I'm pretty sure Spring uses reflection "behind the scenes" already.
