Did it work before? Can you deploy it without using Eclipse?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.. Yes it has worked for me before..
Deploying without using eclipse? You mean through the admin console?? I tried but the deployment fails with the above error.
I am using RAD 7.0. I have also tried deleting and recreating a new instance of websphere.Didnt help though

Any suggestions?

If it worked before, step back and figure out what did you change since last successful deployment.

What i am thinking is when your trying to Deploy EAR file in WAS6.1 build with RAD7.0 its failing . But previously its sucess.
First Question:- When its success what the tool and version you are using (RAD and WAS).

My Assumtion:- If your are using RAD7.0 and WAS6.1. WAS6.1 uses jdk1.4 RAD7.0 uses jdk1.6 .Can you please compile with jdk1.4 using RAD7.0 and try to deploy.

Please let me know if it works

Thanks & Regards

Laxman,

I have been using the same version of RAD and WAS from the beginning. So there is no possibility of version changes
Also, there are no compile issues. The EAR is ready.Only the deployment fails.I tried to deploy manually from admin console but that also failed. Is this a server issue?

Thanks

Hi ,

If your server is not responding to that particular applications , I think there is a time variations has been occured between the application server and operating system in your system i think so. if the both are set at a particular time then you can start the server and you can check the log files. once the server is started properly you can deploy the applications straight away give a message if it works.
