Can any one guide me, what technology I can use and on what architecture I will go for below requirement?

I need to develop application (social network), which have lots’ of video streaming and they want to buy and sale product maximum feature available to in social network sits.

And they need to access those application from :
1. From laptop
2. From PDA
3. From Mobile
4. From PC
5. from Home theatre PC
6. From Xbox. Wii or Playstation . From their internet browser window, User should able to access site.
