jQuery horizontal image slider

Hello,
I am new in Jquery,
I want to create horizontal image slider in JQuery.
And I have to display some text on that image. is it possible in JSP by using JQuery?
Means i have to apply this image slider to as a background page & i want to chage this images dyanamically
