Does anyone have it? If yes, what company and model name and number?

I purchased Motorola Surfboard. But connection drops very frequently.

(I am using modem+router combo because I do not want to manage two equipment.)

How much management is there for 2 pieces of equipment? I mean, really the only thing to do anything to is the router itself....

I have not heard good things about combo units. Go with a wired modem and a wireless router.... or a wired modem that has a switch and does routing, and add a wireless access point.

When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

I have a Motorola cable modem and a Linksys WRT54G wireless router. After the initial configuration I did not have to touch either one.
