Why the exception ResultSet Leak Exception?

I am getting the ResultSet Leak Exception...

What is the significance of this and why I am getting?

Is this because of some connections, statements not closed properly?
or Do I enclose with try...catch statements?

Can you show the exception message?
I haven't heard of the 'ResultSet Leak Exception' yet. Google didn't return anything relevant on this exception (except a link to this post).
