want to check whether text boxes contains value or not

Just check the length of the textbox value then; if you need to check against whitespace as well I'd either trim it first or use a regex.

you have to go for javascript include one js file in your head tag
create function for dynamically creating text controlls and write that to your dom

call this function on body load ... when you are submitting validate it before you submit to server side..googling will help you to get the code
