S:elseif not working correctly

Hi,

I have the below code in my jsp file; however the s:elseif tag is not working. The links are not displayed; a blank page comes up
Te session attribute is set in the action class)
When I tried to print on screen the value of "admin" variable, it is showing the correct value.

   
<s:set name = "admin" value = "#session.Administrator" />
value of admin field 	<s:property value = "#admin" />
<s:elseif test="%{#admin == 'true'}">[
value of admin field inside if	<s:property value = "#admin" />
   <a > Add Employee details </a> <br>
   <a > Edit Employee details </a><br>
   <a > View Employee details </a><br>
</s:elseif>

<s:else>
value of admin field in else 	<s:property value = "#admin" />
  <a > View Employee details </a><br>
 </s:else>
 value of admin field outside else	<s:property value = "#admin" />

I also tried the below change; but nothing seems to work:

<s:elseif test="%{#admin}">
......
</s:elseif>

Can someone guide me as to what could be wrong?

The issue is resolved; the below works:

    <s:set name = "admin" value = "#session.Administrator" />
<s:if test ="%{#admin}">
    <a > Add Employee details </a> <br>
   <a > Edit Employee details </a><br>
   <a > View Employee details </a><br>
   <a > Generate Timesheet </a>
  </s:if>
 
 <s:else>
  <a > View Employee details </a><br>
  <a > Generate Timesheet </a>
