Need a special servlet for Tiles in Struts?

I'm using org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.

Do I need to change it for Tiles?

I'm getting pages (from layouts) with all <html:...> tags without change (tags are inside a tile page), and they suppose to render <input...> html tags.

You don't need anything but ActionServlet to work with Tiles. Make sure that your Struts configuration file specifies the tiles request processor and the Tiles plugin like so:
