Free UML tool for UML 2.0

Hi,
I am using STAR UML to draw UML diagrams , but it is not UML 2.0 compliant and I am struggling to draw component
diagrams using it .
Please suggest any free UML tool which supports UML 2.0 .

There are UML 2.0 stencils available on net, for existing UML tools. check them out.

I used umlet - I didnt have any issues with it and will recommend it.
