im using the following statement in javascript
shell = new ActiveXObject("WScript.Shell");
It is put inside the try catch block. And during the execution of this statement, the catch block is called.
im not able to find the problem.
do i need to import any header files for this?

header files? JavaScript does not use header files.

The error is probably saying your permissions are set too low and do not allow it to run. What you are going is some pretty scary stuff. lol
