multi lingual site in struts

hi everybody,

I am developing a multilingual site in german and hindi. I have create different application resources file .Everything is working fine.

Now my problem is that how to get unicode text of fonts. If i have written it in any language then how to convert it in to unicode.I just know that command native2ascii convert in unicode.
any suggestion is welcome

Check your os that supports german and hindi characters or not.

hi,

My os windows Xp supports hindi. Now I am using it as default by setting through control panel.

When i am putting some text as दिल्ली in applicationResource file.It is working and converted to hindi.

But i am not able to convert text written in hindi(Mangal font) to Unicode. Using following command
C:\>native2ascii -encoding UTF-8 ApplicationResources.properties ApplicationResources_hi.properties

if I am trying using this then in webpages i am getting (?) as converted text.

please help
