Can't insert page 'ConvOccur.jsp' : Illegal to flush within a custom tag

I got this error while trying to do a tiles:insert inside of a logic:iterate
loop. Is there a way to do this? or is that just not possible?

Anyone else ever come across this error? I guess I can just pass the collection into the tile instead of passing each item into its own tile. Then inside the tile loop over the collection.

I'm more curious as to why this won't work though.

I think, you can use this tag in iterate tag of struts.
