which book or web based tutorial is simple for learning javascript(which have examples with jsp and servlet).

You will be hard-pressed to find a creditable tutorial that discusses JavaScript along with Servlets and JSP.

They really don't have a whole lot to do with each other.

What kind of information are looking for?

I liked HeadFirst JavaScript -- I used it for my web programming class.

If you want to learn about Servlets and JSP, you'll do better starting with HeadFirst Java and adding HeadFirst Servlets and JSP to that.
