Ant command to know whether machine/OS is 32 bit or 64 bit ?

Hi

I need to generate jar and based on bit type and I need to copy the jar file to different locations.

Please let me know ant command to find the what type bit OS we are in ?

The command depends on your OS.

You can check out System.getProperty("os.arch") and System.getProperty("sun.arch.data.model"). You'll have to research if these are available on OSes.

You can try use this echo in you ANT file, and then see which one you can use:

<echo message="${os.name}, ${os.arch}, ${sun.arch.data.model}" />

For the if/else I normally use this one - just an example
