I know the struts 1.2 declarative exception handling and get impressed with the same.

I want to implement the same exception handling in my web application .



Please give some details idea how I can implement declarative exception handling in application

I am not going to use struts 1.2 in my application but I want to know how struts internally handle declartive exception handling
