RAD publishing/loading twice

I have upgraded to RAD 7.0 from WSAD 5.1 recently. But what happens is when I am starting the server, all the properties and the timed processes that are supposed to start are initiated twice. So now there are 2 processes and not one. How do I stop from publishing twice.

Please help.

If you are still having this issue, can you explain what is meant by two processes? Are two server instances created and visible in the servers view? Or are two java processes spawned for a single server instance that you start? What sort of behavior are you observing when it publishes twice? Does the publish status go to 100% and then you see it publish again? Does this happen all of the time, or only part of the time?
