I am new to android application development. Here is my query about establishing a TCP connection for my application.

I have a external device which is set at static ip address. The handheld android phone will communicate wireless to the device. I need to create a TCP connection in order for the phone to communicate with the device and to display the graphical data from the device to the phone.

Can you anyone please help me how to establish a TCP connection?

Thanks,
Akila

What particular difficulty are you facing in implementing this? java.net.Socket is available on Android.
