Hello, I have a problem with WebSphere (v5.1) in which it seems that I am not getting the latest version of a library deployed. I can see this because when I use the debugger from rational I can see that the code is not in sync. Therefore I was wondering, where does WebSphere (v5.1) keep the installed libraries. Like that I can delete this library and hopefully WebSphere will install it again. Note that this problem only appears with this particular library!

You can try to clean all the contents of wstemp and temp folder under your profile folder.
