EAR missing

Hi,

I had a functional workspace.. Had to make a few changes.. I'm not sure which of the changes caused this but the EAR asociated with the project is not present in the list of installed applications.

1. What could have caused this?
2. How do I rectify this?

P.S : Everything worked perfectly fine before. I fiddled a bit with the profiles associated with the 6.0 server but reverted any changes.
