Getting JSF to execute/render before JSTL

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where I'm using JSF (1.2) and JSTL together in my JSP pages.

I have a JSF bean and I'm a using JSTL forEach tag to iterate over it. I'm getting an out of sync issue.
I understand this is caused due to the different life cycles of JSP and JSTL respectively.
JSP uses a single render-and-response lifecycle whilst the JSF life cycle is comprised of several phases,
i.e. in a nutshell the JSTL gets rendered immediately whilst the JSF elements are rendered at a later time

I've updated my JSP to use the JSF dataTable tag to iterate and things look slightly better.

But I've a question, apologies if this sounds daft, but is there any way to get WAS to render JSF before

Thanks, Ro
