The path should be the relative path and it must be to the folder served by Tomcat

actually am making web application as WAR file..i cannot load 2 GB WAR file in to tomcat server.

i have added 2gb video file in one folder and saved in web application itself. but it dint work . so i prefer that method. to access the folder externally.

please sort out my issue to access the external drive folder through tomcat server.

If you work on Windows, why do you specify path as "/web/video"?
