Supporting multiple states

Does struts framework supports applications that has to support multiple states having different business rules? Is there any other plug-ins 0r framework available for this?

What do you mean by states? Please explain your scenario.

I meant multiple US States

The internationalization portion of the struts framework is primarily for displaying different languages in the pages.

As far as having different business rules for different scenarios (be they states, user security level, or anything else) that implementation is up to you. There is nothing built into the Struts framework for handling such functionality.
