Can some one please suggest a good advanced book on Concurrent Processes. Iam a bit confused in which one to follow.

There are many good books out there.

For startup, you should look at the documentation on the oracle site -

http://download.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/essential/concurrency/index.html

But after a while, you want to be looking for more. That's when you want to look at

Josh Bloch's - 'Effective Java Programming.' Too good of a book for your needs.

Once you need something more than the Java Tutorial, go for one of the books mentioned in the ThreadsAndSynchronizationFaq; those two are the eminent books on the subject.
