Hello all,
I am trying to display information in an object as plain text.
The person who helped me get along with struts handed me the info on how to put things on the browser as e.g.

This works okay, but it consumes a lot of screen real-estate, with the input-box lines around every field.
How can I just put the contents of the field techStage on the browserwindow?

Thanks for the help
Paul

Actually I think a bean:write tag would be more appropriate

<bean:write name="nameOfTheFormBeanYouAreUsing" property="<%= techStage %>"/>
Are you certain that the property "techStage" was in <%= tags %>?

Since the poster seems to be tripping over the Struts tags, moved this to that forum.

Thanks! The bean:write was indeed the solution.
And yes, I am certain that the field property was in the proper tags.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
