List Activity and using ListView without it

Hi Ranchers,
Whats would be the difference - if we create a ListActivity for displaying a ListView OR use Activity?

ListActivity adds some list-specific methods to Activity, mostly with manipulating the items in the list. If you need any of those methods, use ListActivity. If you don't then Activity should be fine.
