How to Update WarFile in Maven POM.xml

Hi every body,
I want to know how to update a war file with few more jars and few class files.

Requirement is

Initially pom file is written to build my basic war file.

I want to write another pom which will update the war file with the latest jar files and few modified class files
with out extracting the war file..


Please any one help me!.................

ill be help full if any body help's even for updating a war file
by extracting it..............

Welcome to Javaranch, can you post the pom you have for your WAR? I think all you need to do is edit that to add the extra dependencies.
