Does it matter that my name doesn't seem to be on either the active or inactive list?

I'm not positive, Mark, but I think that Pauline and Carol may only add your name to the list if you post in that thread.

I don't think that I made it clear to which list I was referring. My question was meant to be about the Assignment Log in which it states:
------
If you are participating in the nitpicking process of the Cattle Drive, you may use this topic to keep track of your status.

Status in the log is shown as follows:
ColorStatus
Green BackgroundUpdated in the last 3 days
Red fontNo activity for 22 days
Orange BackgroundAbout to graduate
------
Anyway, it doesn't seem to be an issue as my assignments are still being nitpicked.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Mark,

If you want to be listed in the assignment log, you need to post in that thread when you hand in an assignment, saying which assignment, and which attempt.

For readability it is suggested that you delete your previous post in the Assignment Log each time you post that you handed in a new assignment... if that makes any sense!

Hi Mark! I'm sorry if I've overlooked your posts. I've been away from my home computer too frequently as of late, and I can't do updates to the assignment log from work. Post on the cattle drive assignment log thread, and I'll get you added to the active student's log. Just let me know which assignment you're on, and the number of attempts.
Some people don't do this. It's not mandatory, but it is fun for everyone else slogging along on the drive to comiserate with and encourage the other drivers.

Thank you Marilyn, Katrina and Carol. I didn't know the relative importance of the list, and just wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing something that I was supposed to be doing. LOL!

All that said... Welcome to the drive!
