i am planning to migrate flex 3 application to flex 4. i want whether i can save memory and satisfy other non functional requirement.
simply whether it is feasible or not

Ehm..yes? "save memory and satisfy other non functional requirement" is far to vague a goal to say for sure, and largely memory and whatever other non-functional requirements you define can be met more based on how you implement your application, not what you implement it with.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
