Having issues with Tomcat 6.x

am using tomcat 6.x with my eclipse 5.5 built in JDK and getting the following error
am also using following jar files
1. commons-bean util 1.5.jar
2. commons-logging 1.1.1.jar
3. commons-digerster 1.8
4. commons-collection 3.2. jar

getting the following error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory

can anybody help me please

Do you have a application? How you run it etc...? You may need to TellTheDetails. It seems commons-logging is not available in the classpath, but without knowing what you trying to do it's hard to suggest anything.

And you may start your own thread for your questions.

ya i changed my server from jboss 4.x to tomcat 6.x and am unable to recognize what the problem is

Where did you put them ? If you are using a Tomcat plugin in Eclipse, you have to make sure that these libraries are under the WEB-INF/lib directory that your plugin is using in its run configuration.

SIR am in trouble since yesterday
and not getting solution my problem vary a little bit
please think and find any solution

At the end I changed my IDE myeclipse 5.5 to Ecliplse for Spring 8.6
now its working
