Hi all,

When I am defining a tiles template, can I use actions in place of JSP's? In other words, I want to be able to do something like the following to be able to populate the jsp page with some data from the back end. If this is doable, can someone point me to an example or documentation on how to do this?

<tiles-definitions>
<definition name="baseLayout" template="/BaseLayout.jsp">
<put-attribute name="title" value="" />

<put-attribute name="otherInfo" value="/test.jsp" />
<put-attribute name="myInfo" value="/myAction" />
</definition>
</tiles-definitions>

Thanks much,
Payam

I am very sorry for the repost, but does anyone know how this can be done or can point me to a code example?

Thanks,
Payam
