any one can you through some light on this topic "use case budgetting".

Function Point Analysis ( FPA ) could be applied to a detailed Use Case Specification. FPA delivers a certain amount of function points.
Function points are tasks being executed by resources. Now because resources have a certain rate.
Hence, a certain budget can be allocated to a use case.
Realize however that if no risk or quality model is applied to a use case. The budget is more a guesstimate than an actual estimation.

 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
