J2ME & Blackberry Developer (2-5 Years):
· Good exposure to Mobile Application Development.
· Strong development experience over J2ME and BlackBerry.
· Strong API knowledge of BlackBerry and J2ME.
· Familiar with JSRs , Nokia API's etc.
· Strong data structures, logical, analytical and algorithm skills.
· Excellent programming skills.
· Experience in graphical programming.
· Experienced in HTTP, UI design, Blackberry Maps & multimedia technologies.
· Good communication.
· Willingness to learn.
· Architected and designed at least 4 mobile applications on each platform.
· Preferably from a mobile product company.
iPhone Developer (1-4 Years):
· Interface with solution architect and application developers.
· Should have published applications in App Store.
· Must worked at least 2 projects in iPhone.
· Able to develop core modules for iPhone applications.
· Excellent aptitude for rich user interface & innovative concepts and design.
· Write comprehensive use cases and design documents.
· Sound knowledge of core

patterns implementation.
iPad Developer (1-4 Years):
· Should have published applications in App Store.
· Must worked at least 2 projects in iPad.
· Interface with solution architect and application developers.
· Able to develop core modules for iPad applications.
· Excellent aptitude for rich user interface & innovative concepts and design.
· Write comprehensive use cases and design documents.
· Sound knowledge of core Java, patterns implementation.
Android Developer (1-5 Years):
· At least completed 1 Android Project.
· Dalvik debug moniter servicee - DDMS.
· SQL Lite.
· Shared Preferences.
· UI designing.
· Network Communication.
· Knowledge of parser.
· Knowledge of Graphics object.
Java Developer – Team Lead (5-7 Years):
· Interface with Mobeix solution architect and application developers.
· Write clear and precise micro and macro level documents.
· Responsible for integration and development of new core modules.
· Write comprehensive use cases and design documents.
· Sound knowledge of core Java, patterns implementation.
· Core Java,

JSP,
Servlets, Hibernate, ibatis, Spring, JQuery, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, Oracle, Mysql, DB2, Linux, Unix, AIX,

· At least 4 years experience in Java & J2EE.

· Should have handled at least a team of 5 developers.
Java Developer (3-5 Years):
· Interface with Mobeix solution architect and application developers.
· Write clear and precise micro and macro level documents.
· Responsible for integration and development of new core modules.
· Write comprehensive use cases and design documents.
· Sound knowledge of core Java, patterns implementation.
· Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, ibatis, Spring, JQuery, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, Oracle, Mysql, DB2, Linux, Unix, AIX, Jboss, Websphere.
· At least 4 years experience in Java & J2EE.
· At least 2 years experience in SQL, databases.
UI Engineer (2-5 Years):
· Well versed in Advanced Java script, DOJO / YUI / JQuery and AJAX Experience with other UI technologies like GWT, GXT, Swing etc – Plus.
· Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
· Manage and lead the team to achieve predictable and timely releases of software.
· Initiate and manage efforts to improve the quality of the product.
· Communicate features of the product, best practices, and conventions inside and outside the company and organize feedback for product evolution.
· Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables.
· Work with Quality Assurance to develop
test plans and strategies to produce high-quality products.
· Work with Technical Communications to ensure software features and technologies are properly documented.
· Present to and work with senior management to communicate knowledge, ideas and opinions.
Quality Analyst (2-5 years)
· Writing the test cases based on feature specification document.
· Writing the test cases, executing the test cases and reporting the issues.
· Regression testing, UI testing, UAT.
· Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities.
· Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders.
· At least 2 years experience in Manual application testing.
· At least 2 years experience in Mobile Gaming testing.
· Should have excellent communication to negotiate with the clients.
Business Analyst (4-7 years)
· Excellent communication/Documentation/Listening/Presentation skills.
· Knowledge of following technologies is desirable.
· Java, J2EE, HTML, Javascript, Oracle, Mysql and Linux.
· Knowledge of AIX, Jboss, Websphere AJAX and DB2 will be an added advantage.
· Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
· Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
· Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
· Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
· Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
· Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
