I need to develop a Restful client on WAS 6.1. Could you please guide me useful links.

The whole point of RESTful services is to separate the technology of the server side from the technology of the client side by strict use of the HTTP methods.

Therefore, client software does not care that the server it is talking to is WAS or Tomcat or Grizzly or some homebrew server. The provider of the service should document the required usage for the HTTP methods.
