javaranch email problem?

I've just signed up to the cattle drive, and am trying to submit my first assignment, but emails are getting bounced back:

The mail system
 
<[e-mail]>: host mail.evolutionhosting.com[64.78.153.21] said: 550
    5.7.1 <[e-mail]>... Relaying denied (in reply to RCPT TO
    command)

I've also tried emailing Marilyn and Paul as well, but also failed.
Can anyone help?
