Willy, have you received any acknowledgement or confirmation for the assignment.

Can anybody confirm if Oracle sends the acknowledgement for the assignments sent by e-mail?

I got an automated reply when I sent it and then an email saying I hadn't done part 3 yet (assignment sent 6 hours before I took the exam), I replied with my exam details and haven't heard anything since...I think if you are worried you can email them and ask if everything is ready to be sent for grading.

Rajan, OCP Auto-replies on receipt of the email. I got the auto reply and today I also got another mail today stating I have not completed Part 3 Essay exam kindly register at Pearsons. Part 2 will not be send for evaluation until Part 3 is completed. However when I went to Pearsons and tried registering it still gives me error message for Part1 not completed. I have mailed them the same asking for next steps.

I sent them an email today again for acknowledgement but did not get auto reply. Not sure, what's happening.

Like Saurabh sayed, i indeed got an auto reply email instantly after uploading my assignement, i passed the essay exam and uploaded the assignement the same day, 25 May.

After two days, at the 27 May, i have received another mail saying that the assignment and the essay exam has been sent for grading.

I hope this is a simple misunderstanding, good luck.

Youssef, Where did you upload the assignment? I sent my assignment by email and have not received any ack. How did you pass the essay exam? The essay exam, I took at Prometric on 5/31 displayed 0% (failed) for me but I thought, it's ok as the essay exam will be graded along with part-2. Isn't this true anymore?

I upload my assignement to the same address you mentionned "[e-mail]".
I have passed the essay exam just as i passed the part 1 except for the result, the score is 0% and the test status is Fail, but i had already read some disscussion about this, it's OK, we will receive a unique score for the both Part 2 and 3.

OCP team is very good...the moment i sent my assignment to that email ID-i got the auto response within 6 minutes.
Later i keep on getting updates-second one after 5 days when i come to know that they are going to get the details from Prometric for part 3. After another 2 days i come to know that they have sent the part 3 as well as part 2(assignment) for grading.
So they are very prompt and always update the candidates.
Inquire from them - why you didn't got any response.

Getting 0%- fail is okay in part 3 - as both part2 and part 3 are evaluated later and together...so don't worry about that.

Hmmm...I took Part 3 at Promtric on 31st May at 16:45 and I have just had an email from Oracle asking for a copy of the exam report....makes me think they can't find my Part 3 exam....
