I wanna make a game for android and I want know how to go about doing this.

That would be largely determined by what the game should do.

I know that I mean like what am i gonna need for the. Am I gonna need a graphical editor or something like that. What are the programs I will need to get.

The minimal setup for android development is: jdk, ant, android sdk, text editor, and the shell/terminal that comes with all operating systems. Everything else is optional but may make your life easier.

Do you have experience making games in another language/platform ?

If not, you should start with making games on a simple java program. Using Swing maybe...
