I want to know that how can i convert .class file to .java or better .class to .text .

Try a java decompiler. I have never tried one though. See this post.

Rob Spoor is getting good results with a decompiler called JAD.

That's a pretty good one, although it sometimes can't handle exceptions well. Also, it cannot retrieve any form of documentation or the original names of local variables or parameters; only of fields. In the end, nothing is better than the original code.
