alert message issue in struts

I am getting some issues while I comment out the alert() in the java script.If I keep the alert() then it shows the message along with another check box message.I have attached the snapshot here. I don't want a alert message to be thrown from application but if I don't use this alert then application doesn't work.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Can you show us some code that exhibits this behavior (preferably a short, self contained, correct example)
