xml document to pdf and store in database

Hi,


I am having a requiremet. I am having an xml document with data. I need to convert that xml document to pdf document and store it in the database. It is an urgent requirement.

Please anyone guide me in doing...I am not getting where to start.

Apache FOP can create PDFs from XML documents, provided you supply XSL-FO stylesheets that describe the transformation.

Another possibility is to parse the XML and create PDFs with a library such as iText along the parsing process.

I advise against storing files in the DB, by the way.
