Hi everyone ,

I am Gazzali , this is my first post on coderanch .First of all ,Thanks to coderanch , i got a lot of usefull information because of which i am now OCJP certified

please answer few questions

1. I am working in Websphere administration (WPS + WAS) right now , i am actually new to this , so please recomend me some books or links that might help me to get more information on Websphere 7.0

2. I got this information that there are lot of java developers and i should get to become good in websphere as a designer or architect level to get more opportunities , is this true ? or any other ways i can climb the ladder fast in websphere ?

3.If i should try for IBM websphere certification, suggest me what i should go for and the levels after it , i tired searching IBM website , but got little confused.

Thanks a lot in advance
Gazzali
