Multibox doesn't automatically check after submit

Hi All,

i have a form that uses multicheckbox(es) with the form's scope for a session.
I initialize one of the checkboxes and it startsup fine.
But when I check a different checkbox and submit the form, I always get the preselected checkbox checked and NOT the newly checked checkbox.

Does anyone had the same problem or any solution to this?
