We thought using a waste snake to keep track of things holding up the team on a wider basis might be fun, we was thinking about introducing a new posit note to the board for any off sprint activity, then when it is completed stick it on the snake. Our team is constantly changing so good practices in place really helps, will it ever pay off to have to stick a postit note on the board because you spent 15 minute to several hours doing something that isn't currently in scope. It might be quite easy to cause a loss on your snake that says you didn't plan well, or maybe it shows how your losing code/test time doing too much work. I thought it would be good to get your opinions on the snake, and also if you know of any other ways to improve our sprint, java ranch seemed to be the right to place for this, as developers run the world now.
