Getting invalid column specification error while upgraded the websphere server from 6.1 to 7 version

We upgarded our environment to websphere 7 from 6.1 version. Some of the page are throwing sqlsyntax exception invalid table.column specification error. but when deployed to websphere 6.1 the application is running fine.

So I tried testing by calling as standalone from junit testcase. While calling from Junit there is no sqlexception thrown.

We upgraded the websphere server to 7 and also we have placed the ojdbc6.jar in the classpath of the server.

Mainly the error is thrown from Update query. which is used to update the flat value. First we are inserting 0.0 values in the insert statement and after that sql query is runned and the values from that is used to update the table. when i directly execute the procedure from toad it's running fine.

Anybody can help me in resolving this issue
