session time out in Load balance environment

Hi All
We are in process of upgrading web application; functionality is working if we access the application directly using server instance, whereas same is failing if we perform same functionality from load balance web server url.
I can see in log statements requested functionality performed whereas at the time of returning control to display user interface session time out.

Error message from http_plugin.log

Environment details
Websphere App Server - 7.0.0.13 – we have 4 jvm instances, 2 on each server host
Web server: Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) – 2 web servers 1 on each host

Please advice what could be causing
