Hi,

I have below configuration in my log4j.properties file. I have a stand alone java project. I do not get date and time in my logs. Please help.

log4j.rootLogger=debug, stdout, R

log4j.appender.stdout=org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender
log4j.appender.stdout.File=D:\\log\\admin.log
#log4j.appender.stdout.Target=System.out
log4j.appender.stdout.layout=org.apache.log4j.PatternLayout
#log4j.appender.stdout.layout.ConversionPattern=%t %-5p %c{2} - %m%n
log4j.appender.stdout.layout.ConversionPattern=%-22d{dd/MMM/yyyy HH:mm:ss} - %m%n
log4j.appender.stdout.MaxFileSize=20KB

My log contains something like this (No Date )

main DEBUG iSelect.HomeLoanBatchMain - Entering MethodmakeDBConnection
