Need help and guidance to start SCEA/OCMJEA exam

I am preparing for SCEA/OCMJEA exam. hence I don't know really where to start and which books are right and good for this exam.It will be really great if you can answer for the below questions?

is there any prerequisite for this exam?
List of books i should refer for this exam or Is there any single book available in market ?
is there any good training center in Chennai/Bangalore ( either online training or class training)?
is there any dumps or exam simulator for this exam ?
How much is the each exam fees ?
what is exam pattern and pass percentage?
