sending data from a file to DATABASE

hi all,

i trying to develop an application i.e; i have getting the data from the data base by using serialization and send that data to the another database by using deserialization

i fetch the data from the data base to flat file by using serialization but i am not getting any idea to sent that data to another data base,please anybody help me
